Praying for the Church

• Thank God for grace and peace in His church despite all the plans and effort of the enemy to bring disturbance.
  
• Pray for multiplied grace and peace in our lives
  
• Pray that believers will individually experience the inner peace that Jesus gives
  

Sample Prayer

Heavenly Father,

I thank you for your grace and that we can come to you in prayer. Today we (I) pray according to your word for our (my) church Joy Fountain as well as every other church in the city of Winnipeg where your name is proclaimed. I ask for your protection and provision for the church. I ask for growth because you said the enemy shall not prevail against it. I thank you for your faithfulness and your power to do the impossible.

I pray for     [name of church]     Church in my neighbourhood and     [name of church]      Church in Canada. Bless them, keep their leaders and members strong, walking in love and in agreement and may they continue to serve you bringing your will to bear on the earth.

I come against all the schemes of the evil one and pray that his lies are exposed.

Thank you, Father, as I (we) ask all these things and receive them through Jesus Christ our (my) Lord.
